캐딜락 픽업 & 딜리버리 서비스는 고객이 직접 서비스센터 방문하지 않더라도 차량정비 또는 소모품 교체를 위해 해당 서비스 요청 시,픽업 & 딜리버리 서비스 업체에서 고객을 방문하여 차량을 인수하고, 차량 수리 후 고객이 원하는 장소로 차량을 인계하는 서비스입니다.

서비스 요청 시 고객 차량의 차량 결함 등 정비에 필요한 정보를 제공하고, 해당 서비스센터에서 차량입고 가용 일자 및 예상되는 정비 소요 일자에 대한 안내를 받음.

픽업 & 딜리버리 업체에서 고객을 방문할 장소 및 시간을 문의드리고, 차량을 픽업합니다.

픽업 & 딜리버리 서비스 내용

- 차량 보증기간(3년/6만KM) 내 횟수 제한 없이 서비스 제공(3년/6만 이후 보증연장 프로그램에는 적용되지 않음)
*단, 2023년 1월 1일 이전 출고 차량은 연 최대 2회로 제한됨(픽업 서비스 또는 딜리버리 서비스만 편도로 신청할 경우도 1회 사용으로 적용)

- 고객이 원하는 서비스센터로 서비스를 제공하는 것이 원칙이나, 제반 비용(톨게이트 비용 등)과 편도 기준 50km 초과 시 초과 비용은 고객 부담

- 서비스 희망하는 서비스센터로 직접 예약 필수

- 원하시는 서비스 제공 시간 대비 최소 3시간 전 접수 필요

픽업 & 딜리버리 유의사항

  1. 본 서비스는 사전에 서비스센터에 예약하셔야 신속한 서비스를 제공받으실 수 있습니다.
  2. 캐딜락 콜센터 (080-800-1228)에서 서비스 이용 방법 등에 대해 안내를 받으실 수 있으나 서비스 신청은 서비스센터의 정비 예약 일정을 고려하여 가까운 서비스센터로 요청드립니다.
  3. 해당 서비스는 2021년 형 이후 ESCALADE 및 ESCALADE ESV 모델에 한정됨을 주의해주세요.
